The system detects (potential) trends, including early signs of breakdowns, using a vast, dynamic database. With this data, it can predict when an asset such as a motor, fan, compressor, or drive will fail. Moreover, it provides insight into which specific failure is expected, allowing for planned repairs or timely maintenance with the necessary materials or components readily available. Issues like imbalance, cavitation, or bearing damage are identified at an early stage. Thus, unnecessary downtime and high costs or claims are prevented. |
What makes this system unique is that, in most cases, your production doesn't even need to be halted upon installation. Our measuring modules are installed in the conditioned space, using split-core current transformers. An important additional advantage is that the modules don't come into contact with various materials, substances, and liquids to which your installations and motors are exposed. The behavior of your motor, compressor, fan, drive, or other installation is continuously compared with that of similar units. Thanks to your input and feedback, the system becomes smarter and more accurate over time. Consequently, predictions become increasingly precise, and the benefits continue to grow. |
