MONITORING ASYNCHRONOUS THREE-PHASE MOTORS

In collaboration with ASSET Rail, Black Box Engineering has developed ODAR RAIL, a modular data logging system specifically designed for railroads, level crossings, and signals. ODAR Rail is used remotely to monitor assets and coordinate maintenance technicians for preventive maintenance and troubleshooting. Maintenance needs can be estimated remotely, and in case of malfunctions, a quick diagnosis of the nature and origin is possible. Technicians are equipped with a handy device to perform on-site measurements and adjustments without disrupting (train) traffic. |
Both historical and real-time data are available 24/7 and are automatically and manually analyzed and interpreted. ODAR Rail provides a significant efficiency improvement, cost savings, and is enthusiastically utilized at every level. ODAR RAIL is an example of a data logging project. Data logging can be applied broadly. For instance, Bredenoord Aggregaten employs data logging to track and monitor its equipment 24 hours a day.
